Uniline Safety Systems wins Queens Award for Enterprise 2011

We are delighted to announce that we have been granted a Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister.

The awards are made annually by HM The Queen, and are only given for the highest levels of excellence demonstrated in each category. They are judged to a demanding level and winners receive a number of benefits and worldwide recognition.

In order to win, we had to show that we have achieved substantial growth in overseas earnings and gained commercial success, and both of these measures had to be considered outstanding for the relative size of our business and our business sector.

Uniline CEO Simon Luke commented: The global and domestic markets have been very tough and, you could argue, we have achieved our growth against the odds.  But our secret weapon is our workforce. We have brilliant people working here in Redditch with some really inspirational designers and a business development team who have given their all to help build the business.  I would like to congratulate all of the Uniline staff on everything they have achieved

Simon Luke and Stuart Linnitt will be going to Buckingham Palace on 14^th July to receive the award.
