At Uniline, quality comes as standard
It is our firm belief that when buying a safety product for use in some of the most demanding situations and environments in the world, that our customers should expect nothing less than the best performance and durability.
From the very outset of our product design process, through to the delivery of our products, quality and service are present. All products are tested to ensure compliance with International industry standards, CE Marked and go through additional functionality and safety checks that are not always considered by standards. Uniline operates ISO9001:2000 diligently within the organisation to ensure our customers are never disappointed and never exposed to additional risk above that which they are already striving to mitigate.
Quality is also important in the materials and procedures we use in our production processes. The company makes wide use of stainless steel and marine grade aluminium and protective coatings and finishes to ensure long life expectancy. This in turn ensures value for money for our customers and reduced cost of ownership and maintenance costs.
Cast components undergo a 100% x-ray and dye-penetration inspection and all components are serial numbered or batch numbered, in order to provide complete traceability for the future. In addition, safety critical components are regularly proof load tested to ensure ongoing manufacturing conformance.
All of our products come with guarantees, dependant upon the environment in which they are used. For further information on guarantees, please contact us or your system integrator.
Finally, there is no point in Uniline manufacturing a high quality product, if it is let down at the integration stage. This is why our quality system also extends to our integrator selection and training provision. Records of all trained installation personnel are held at Uniline for referencing by customers and each integration company is obliged to commit its employees for regular training. Only this way can we ensure our customers are delivered a completely safe solution.
Why compromise?
