Installer Training
It is and has always been of paramount importance to Capital that installation and guidance for the company’s product range is only provided by competent companies that have been trained and authorised by us or an approved training provider.
To this end, we go to great lengths to ensure that our integrators regularly send their employees for training, that we hold records of who has been trained, when and in what discipline and that an integrators employees receive refresher training and regular technical updates. Capital also carries out on-site audits to check competence and ensure best practice is being maintained.
In addition to this, we deliver training to system designers and the sales people of our integrators to ensure they are able to effectively advise our joint customers of the correct solution to their height safety problem, taking in to account the principle of risk assessment and risk mitigation.
We believe that this level of commitment is essential to ensuring customer safety and that it distinguishes Capital in a market place where very often, users of height safety equipment are exposed to unnecessary risk.

All of Capital’s Integration Competence programmes are modular to ensure all varieties of structural fixing applicable to our products are covered. Training covers theory and practical exercises and can be undertaken at our own facilities or on-site.
